Forms Printing: Unable to Retrieve Document number

Issue:
User is unable to retrieve some document numbers in Forms Printing. Message ‘No Rows Retrieved’ appears when retrieving rows.

A/P Aging: Discrepancy with Aging Report (Current vs Last Year)

Issue:
User reported discrepancy for Aged payables (A/P Aging) report printed last May 30, 2010 for supplier P11001A and same report printed currently as of July 2011.

Disbursement Selection: Error in Disbursement - Amount Doubled

Issue:
User receives error when performing Disbursement Selection. He is unable to generate screenshot of the error but upon checking again in Disbursement Selection, the amounts got doubled.

AP Print Voucher - System Error

Issue:
User is being asked for username and password when going to Custom Activity > AP Print Voucher. Is also encountering error ‘System Error – User connection has been killed!. ERIC User/Group Maintenance will now end.’
