AP Print Voucher - System Error

Issue:
User is being asked for username and password when going to Custom Activity > AP Print Voucher. Is also encountering error ‘System Error – User connection has been killed!. ERIC User/Group Maintenance will now end.’


Solution:
Restart machine.

Cause:
Possible cause would be connection of machine. User should not be prompted for username and password when clicking custom activity.
