Issue:
User receives message: ‘Transaction (Process ID ) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.’ when performing AR Batch OR Processing.
Cause:
This issue is caused by intermittent connection of ERIC possibly due to the main ERIC module was terminated abnormally.
Fix:
Have user close/exit all ERIC modules then have him login again to refresh ERIC connection.
