Issue:
User encountered error ‘Error retrieving IM/GL account record of <item code w/ issue>’ when saving Stock Transfer transaction.
Cause:
This error appears when the site, item class, and sub-class is not maintained in IM/GL Account code definition table.
Solution:
Advise user to have IM/GL Account code definition table maintained. They could ask Lyn so she could inform accounting for table maintenance.
